Personal-data protection

Novatrix SRL operates our casino. Our privacy policy addresses the General Data Protection Regulation and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

Keeping account records

We retain personal data for at least five years following account closure to meet anti-money-laundering requirements. During that minimum retention period, an erasure request cannot remove those records. Account closure and data deletion are separate processes.

Customer messages

Our privacy policy names OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic as providers that process conversational data. Their access to customer messages is restricted.
