Age and country restrictions

You must be 18 or older and meet any higher local age requirement. We may request proof of identity. Our real-money services exclude players in the United Kingdom, and breaching that restriction removes entitlement to refunds or withdrawals.

Spending controls

You can set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits, casino losses and casino wagering. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. An increase takes effect only after email confirmation and the expiry of the previous limit of the same type.

Crypto deposits cannot be capped through our upper deposit limits. Use a non-crypto payment method when you need an enforceable deposit cap.

Cooling-off periods

Choose a break of one week, one month, three months or six months. It starts immediately, stops fiat deposits and removes access to promotions. Withdrawals remain available, and your account reactivates when the selected period ends.

Crypto transfers may still reach the account during a break.

Self-exclusion

You can exclude yourself for six months, nine months, one year or without a fixed end. Your account is disabled immediately, fiat deposits stop and promotions are excluded.

Ask support to arrange a manual withdrawal of any remaining balance, including crypto that arrives during exclusion. Payment limits and verification requirements still apply.

Sports betting

Casino loss and wagering caps do not cover sportsbook bets. A cooling-off period also does not prevent sports betting if money remains available in the account.

Sportsbook self-exclusion offers six months, nine months, one year or an indefinite period. It immediately disables the account, blocks deposits and betting, and excludes promotions. Remaining funds are withdrawn manually through support, subject to payment limits and verification.
